Who we are

This website is operated by Spirit Studio Co., Ltd. (“Spirit Studio”, “we”), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@spiritstudio68.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, channel link and message you choose to send. Our server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, evaluate partnership or network applications, and protect the website from abuse. We do not sell personal data.

Channel data

For channels that join Spirit Network, we read public channel statistics through the YouTube API Services to prepare performance reports. Our use of that data follows the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Children

Our cartoons are made for families, but this website is intended for adults (parents, creators and business partners). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Retention and your rights

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to admin@spiritstudio68.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
