Partner Program Terms

Overview

Spirit Network is a partner program run by Spirit Studio Co., Ltd. for creators of original animation and family content. These terms summarise the principles of every partner agreement; the signed agreement with each creator governs.

Eligibility

• The channel publishes content the creator owns or has the rights to use.
• No re-uploads, compilations of third-party content or misleading metadata.
• The channel is in good standing with YouTube Community Guidelines and monetization policies.

What partners receive

Rights management for eligible original content, monthly analytics and revenue reports, channel strategy support and access to studio resources as described in the partner agreement.

Revenue and reporting

Revenue share, payment schedule and reporting format are stated in writing before a channel joins. Partners receive a statement for every payment period.

Leaving the network

Partners may leave according to the notice period in their agreement. We release management of the channel and its content in a timely manner after the notice period ends.

Content ID responsibility

We only claim content that the partner owns exclusively. Partners must tell us about any third-party material, licences or public-domain elements so we can exclude them from claims.
